Mary Louise Streep was born on June 22, 1949, in Summit, New Jersey. Her mother Mary Wilkinson Streep was an artist however, her father Harry William Streep, Jr was a pharmaceutical executive. She grew up in New Jersey along with her two younger brothers Harry William and Dana David. She went to Cedar Hill Elementary School and the Oak Street School. Moreover, she then attended Bernards High School. She got her graduation on Master of Fine Arts.

She got her start as a stage actress. She had acted in Deer Hunter alongside her partner John Cazele. Moreover, she won her first Oscar in movie “Kramer vs Kramer” at 30 years old. She played a role of women who abandoned her husband and children in that movie. Moreover, she played lead role in “The Bridges of Madison County” at 45 years old. She dated John Cazale from 1976 to 1978. She married Don Gummer in 1978. Together, they had four children. She has net worth of 100 million $.
